Mr. Apilerd has over 20 years experience in investment banking whereby he was responsible for a broad range of transactions, including valuation, corporate restructuring, fund raising in debt and equity and M&A to government agencies, private companies and listed companies.

Mr. Joost joined AIRA Group in 2008 and is currently active as senior vice president at AIRA Advisory Company Limited. He is principally responsible for the company’s cross-border M&A activities, business valuations and related advisory services. Prior to joining AIRA, Joost worked as senior investment manager at an alternative investment firm specialized in funds of hedge funds based in the Netherlands. His main responsibilities included hedge fund selection, asset allocation and the daily implementation of an in-house managed futures trading strategy as well as being a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to that, he worked at ABN AMRO Bank NV as client service officer.

Mr.Thitinun joined AIRA Group in 2002 as financial analyst and currently holds the position of SVP at AIRA Advisory Co., Ltd. Under FA license granted by SEC, his major responsibilities include financial due diligence, valuation, debt restructuring, business plan and financial activities for state enterprise sector including private companies. Before joining AIRA group, he worked as financial accounting manager for an insurance company and internal auditor of financial institutions.

Ms. Wimonrat  joined AIRA Group in 2002 and is currently active as associate financial advisor at AIRA Advisory Company Limited.
