Mr. Pairoj joined AIRA Group since 2007 and currently holds the position of the CEO at AIRA Securities Public Company Limited. His responsibilities include overseeing existing company activities carried out under licenses granted by the Ministry of Finance and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand as well as initiating new business ventures to meet the long term strategic objectives of the firm.
Prior to joining AIRA Group, he was managing director at Dharmniti and Truth Ltd., which provides financial advisory services in a broad spectrum of fields, including M&A, capital raising, restructuring and tax. He also worked as an financial analyst at a private equity firm, thereby overseeing investments and participate in the deal structuring process.
